Are you finding it impossible to find the right properties and then when you do they have already been sold, we know how you feel and thats why at Letters Property Management we are now offering a service whereby you tell us what you are looking for, what your budget is and we will make use of all our contacts in the industry and find you the right property. We will even view it for you and appraise its value and rental potential.
We wont recommend properties in areas we consider hard to rent like some selling agents will, as we have to find the tenants!
We will do all this for a one off fee of £399 payable when your offer has been accepted on the property.
